📋 How It Works
Enable Approval Mode
Tree settings → Approval Workflow → Enable. All new memories from non-owners go to approval queue instead of publishing immediately.
Family Contributes
Family members write memories normally. They see "Pending Approval" status. Contributors know their memory is waiting for review.
Review Queue
Tree owner sees notification of pending memories. Review queue shows all submissions. Read through, check photos, verify accuracy.
Approve or Request Changes
Approve to publish immediately. Reject with feedback for contributor to revise. Can also edit before approving.
