📋 How It Works
Create or Edit a Memory
When writing a memory, click the photo icon to add images. You can upload from your device, choose from your Nest, or take a photo with your phone camera.
Upload Multiple Photos
Select one photo or dozens at once. They upload in the background while you keep writing. Drag to reorder photos in your preferred sequence.
Add Captions
Click any photo to add captions, identify people in the photo (facial tagging coming soon), or note the location and date.
Photos Display Beautifully
Single photos display large. Multiple photos become a carousel or gallery. Viewers can click to enlarge, zoom, or download.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What photo formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), GIF, and most common formats. RAW files too, though they're large.
Is there a limit to photos per memory?
No per-memory limit. Your plan's overall storage limit applies, but you can add hundreds of photos to a single memory if needed.
What happens to photo quality? Do you compress them?
We store originals at full quality. We create smaller versions for fast browsing, but originals are always available.
Can I download photos from memories later?
Yes! Click any photo and select "Download Original". Or export entire memories with photos via Forever Kit.
What if I have photos but don't know the story behind them?
Upload them anyway! Ask family to add context via replies. Better to preserve the photo now than lose it.
